ORDINANCE NO. 253
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 16 , SECTION 1B, SCHEDULE 13
OF CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) , HAWAII COUNTY CODE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII :
SECTION 1. Article 16 , Section 1B, Schedule 13 of
Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) , Hawaii County Code, is hereby
amended by adding the following provision:
"Kaohe Homestead Road, Keaau side , in front of
the Pahoa School gymnasium extending for 40 feet. "
SECTION 2 . This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill amends Article 16 of Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) by
establishing a passenger loading zone on Kaohe Homestead Road
in Pahoa.
