ORDINANCE NO. 25$
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 ( TRAFFIC CODE) , ARTICLE 16,
SECTION 4, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1975, AS AMENDED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1 . The "South Hilo" district classification of
Schedule 15 (Bus Stops ) in Chapter 6, Article 16, Section 4B,
Hawaii County Code 1975, as amended, is hereby amended by
adding a new item thereto as follows :
" Waianuenue Avenue, Puna side, from the
makai driveway of Hilo Intermediate School
and extending 180 feet in the Makai direction
from 1 :00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. , school days . "
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval .

This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) , Article 16,
Section 4, Hawaii County Code 1975, as amended, establishing a bus
stop on the Puna side of Waianuenue Avenue.
