ORDINANCE NO. 261
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 (TRAFFIC CODE) , ARTICLE 16,
SECTION 2, HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1975, AS AMENDED, BY ADDING
A FREIGHT LOADING ZONE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1 . Schedule 14 (Freight-Loading Zones) of
Chapter 6, Article 16, Section 2, Hawaii County Code 1975,
as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto the
following item:
" Kinoole Street, makai side, beginning from
a point 20 feet Puna of Aala Lane and
extending 40 feet in the Puna direction. "
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval .

This Bill amends Chapter 6 (Traffic Code) , Article 16,
Section 2, Hawaii County Code 1975, as amended, by establishing a
freight loading zone on Kinoole Street.
