SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 287-14, Draft 2; a Resolution Urging the Hawai`i
State Legislature to Approve Senate Bill No. 3067, Which Will Appropriate
Funds for a Feasibility Study for a Proposed Regional Library in the Puna District
Please find attached Resolution No. 287-14, Draft 2. Resolution No. 287-14 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 646.1 and duly approved by the Council during its meeting
on February 19, 2014, after suspension of Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that
substantially amended legislation be held over to the next meeting of the Council for further
action.
