RE: Resolution No. 293-14, Draft 2; A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING
/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO REFURBISH PLAYGROUND
EQUIPMENT AT THE ARTHUR C. GREENWELL PARK.
Attached please find Resolution No. 293-14, Draft 2. Resolution No. 293-14 was amended by
removing the letter "s" from the word "keikis" in the second whereas clause as a housekeeping
floor amendment at the February 19, 2014, Council meeting.
As the amendment was typographical and non-substantive, the Council subsequently adopted
Resolution No. 293-14, Draft 2.
