TITLE: Nomination of Ms. Karolyn P. Lundkvist to the County of Hawai`i Police
Commission.
EXPLANATION: This communication submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated
January 29, 2014, nominates Ms. Karolyn P. Lundkvist of Council District 4 to the County of Hawai`i
Police Commission.
Ms. Lundkvist was informed by committee chairperson that she does not need to be in attendance at
the council meeting for confirmation.
AMENDMENTS: Comm. No. Introducer Approved/Disapproved
None.
RECOMM.: Your Committee on Public Safety and Mass Transit is in accord with the
purpose and intent of Communication No. 670, and recommends confirmation of the appointment of
Ms. Karolyn P. Lundkvist to the County of Hawai`i Police Commission.
