TITLE: Nomination of Mr. Peter L. Hendricks to the County of Hawaii Police
Commission.
EXPLANATION: This communication is submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated
January 27, 2014, nominating Mr. Peter L. Hendricks of Council District 1
to the County of Hawai`i Police Commission.
Mr. Hendricks was informed by committee chairperson that he does not need to be in attendance
at the council meeting for confirmation.
AMENDMENTS: Comm. No. Introducer Approved/Disapproved
None.
RECOMM.: Your Committee on Public Safety and Mass Transit is in accord with the
purpose and intent of Communication No. 671, and recommends confirmation of the
appointment of Mr. Peter L. Hendricks to the County of Hawai`i Police Commission.
