SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 140-13, Draft 3; Relating to a Grant of
Easements from Kohala Kai, LLC, for Public Access Purposes
Please find attached Resolution No. 140-13, Draft 3. Resolution No. 140-13, Draft 2, was
amended by replacing the Grant of Public Access Easements (Exhibit 1) with the Grant of
Public Access Easements as attached to Communication No. 343.34, as duly approved by
the Committee on Finance on February 18, 2014.
For informational purposes, there are no changes to the text of Resolution No. 140-13,
Draft 2.
Please refer Resolution No 140-13, Draft 3, to the Council Agenda for March 7, 2014.
