Aloha Honorable Council,
I support your request to the State Legislature to pass a bill that would provide counties
greater authority over Ag matters.
The state is trying to preempt counties "home rule" in many areas, but every home rule
issue should be decided on its own merits, by residents through our elected
representatives —YOU!
