Aloha,
I recently was very blessed to be able to purchase 42 acres of raw agricultural land in
Ka'u. I wholeheartedly support this resolution to provide greater authority to counties to
govern their agricultural matters. I also fully support the GMO ban and feel that home
rule is important to best serve and protect the land and it' s residents.
