To request the State Legislature to pass a bill that would provide counties greater authority over Ag
matters
I support home rule, we are the ones that live here and we need to be able to control what we do on this
island through our County representatives on the ground here in the County of Hawaii. At the state level,
if ti impossible for them know e every county and district of the islands and each one is unique with
different issues, resources and population. One size does NOT fit all
