for the Acquisition of Tax Map Key (3) 5-5-015:042, Known as the Banyan
Trees Park Area in North Kohala, Pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 42 of the
Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended)
Attached is a resolution regarding the acquisition of the Banyan Trees Park Area in
North Kohala.
I am requesting this resolution be placed on the appropriate agenda for the March 18, 2014,
Committee meetings.
