RE: Barrett Rezoning Application
We strongly oppose the rezoning of the AG land in our rural neighborhood! We
oppose this rezoning for two reasons:
1. The density of the planned development will be a massive burden on the
surrounding areas due to increased traffic and it will compromise the
safety of everyone ...man...woman ...and most importantly...the children
who use Hualalai Road and Puaapuanui to commute to and from school
each day!
2. The rezoning of AG and URBAN will be a violation of the law as previously
established by the KCDP and as see as a red line on the questioned parcel of
land on the KCPD map.
DO THE RIGHT THING.
STAND UP FOR THE CITIZENS WHO ELECTED YOU.
OPPOSE THIS MASSIVE DESTRUCTION AND OVERDEVELOPMENT BY
MAINLAND DEVELOPERS OF BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL RURAL KONA
LAND!
BE OUR VOICE OF REASON.
