COUNTY OF HAWAII --���" •- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3 3 3 - ' <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE `GHANA FUN DAY. <br /> WHEREAS, for five years the annual `Ohana Fun Day has been held at the Pu'u'eo <br /> Community Center at Clem Akina Park, attracting hundreds of people; and <br /> WHEREAS, the `Ohana Fun Day is organized by Hui Ho`okupono, a subcommittee of the <br /> Office of the Prosecuting Attorney's Family Violence Interagency Committee, which coordinates <br /> efforts to stop domestic violence; and <br /> WHEREAS, funds for the sixth annual `Ghana Fun Day, scheduled for April 12, 2014, are no <br /> longer available from the State of Hawai`i Department of Health; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated to the <br /> Office of the Prosecuting Attorney to assist in the continuation of the `Ghana Fun Day; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: GENERAL <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $700 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC —Contingency Relief $700 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.271.5271.02 Prosecuting Attorney $700 <br /> Prosecuting Atty OCE <br /> 341 Misc.
