submitting for consideration, amendments to Section 6
and Section 6.A, Article 8, Disclosure of Interest,
Code of Ethics.
271. 2:From Assistant Corporation Counsel Roxanna Garcia
(Bill 448) dated January 8, 1979, transmitting a bill for an
ordinance amending the Code of Ethics, Article 8,
Chapter 2 of the Hawaii County Code, pursuant to
the recommendations and actions taken by the
Committee on Planning and the Board of Ethics with
respect to the subject of Disclosure of Interest;
recommends Bill 448 be passed by the Council on first reading.
