. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII -i.4‘.. `'e/..i..,- STATE OF HAWAII <br /> .....:.?;4:W±-#-..-1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 348 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR BUILDING MATERIALS TO CONSTRUCT A <br /> DIRECTORY AT THE KUKUIHAELE CEMETERY. <br /> WHEREAS, the families of loved ones buried at the Kukuihaele Cemetery do not have a <br /> proper cemetery directory; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Lions Club of Hamakua, a community service organization, have <br /> volunteered to construct the Kukuihaele Cemetery directory with materials provided by the <br /> Department of Parks and Recreation; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Lions Club of Hamakua has been volunteering their service to the <br /> Hamakua community since 1934; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation to help purchase building materials for the construction <br /> of a directory at the Kukuihaele Cemetery; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.39 Department of Parks and Recreation $2,000 <br /> P & R Admin <br /> 341 Friends of the Park <br /> (Kukuihaele Cemetary Directory Materials) <br />
