Ford, dated February 11, 2014, requesting formation of an ad hoc committee pursuant to Hawai‘i Revised Statutes, Section 92-2.5, to review, assess, and make recommendations for an emergency route from Volcano to Pāhoa or any other emergency route in Ka‘ū. Postponed Comm. 697 to March 31, 2014: Ayes: Committee Members Eoff, Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern, Onishi, Poindexter, and Vice Chair Wille - 8. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Member Yoshimoto - 1.
