SUBJECT: A Bill for an Ordinance amending Chapter 24, Article 11, Division 1, Section
24-299 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), Relating
to Speed Limits on Private Streets
Attached is a bill for an ordinance amending the Traffic Schedules by adding all streets in the
Fern Acres Subdivision to the 20 mile-per-hour schedule for private streets (Section 24-299).
Please place the attached bill on the Committee agenda for March 18, 2014.
