Osborne of Council District 5 to the County <br /> of Hawaii Environmental Management Commission. Ms. Osborne is a 31-year resident <br /> of Hawaii. She is the principal of Kua 0 Ka La Charter School. <br /> Ms. Osborne is a current member of the Puna Community Development Plan Action <br /> Committee. She previously served for one year on the Hawaii County Charter <br /> Commission. Ms. Osborne is member of the Rotary Club of Pahoa, the United Nations <br /> Board and a volunteer with Ho`oulu Lahui, an organization that she co-founded in 1994. <br /> She states that she is not affiliated with any political party.
