SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 243-13, Draft 2, Relating to District 6 Contingency
Relief Funds for Bus Tickets to be Used by the Residents of the Child & Family
Service-West Hawai`i Domestic Abuse Shelter
Please find attached Resolution No. 243-13, Draft 2. Resolution No. 243-13 was amended by the
contents of Communication No. 548.1, as duly approved by the Council on March 19, 2014.
The Council suspended Council Rule No. 24(1)(e), which requires that legislation amended in
substantive manner be held over to the next meeting of the Council, and subsequently adopted
Resolution No. 243-13, Draft 2.
