HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES 243 Draft 02 2012-2014 COUNTY OF HAWAII ;•(4 %:R; STATE OF HAWAII RESOLUTION NO. 243 13 (DRAFT 2) A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR BUS TICKETS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE CHILD AND FAMILY SERVICE - WEST HAWAII DOMESTIC ABUSE SHELTER. WHEREAS, the Mass Transit Agency provides public transportation around the island; and WHEREAS, the residents of the West Hawai`i Domestic Abuse Shelter need an alternative mode of transportation to work, medical appointments, and legal assistance; and WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Mass Transit Agency for the purchase of bus tickets for the residents of the West Hawai`i Domestic Abuse Shelter; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: FUND: General AMOUNT OF APPROPRIATION: $400 OUT AND FROM: 010.101.5105.91 Clerk-Council SVC Contingency Relief $400 CREDITED TO: 010.311.5311.02 Mass Transit Agency $400 Mass Transit OCE 115 Misc. Contract Services (Bus Tickets, West Hawai❑i Domestic Abuse Shelter) BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution to the Mass Transit Administrator and the Director of Finance, and that the Director of Finance is authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
