Commercial—20,000 square feet(CV-20) at Keonepoko
Homestead Lots, Puna, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map
Key: 1-5-007:061.
EXPLANATION: The area covers 1 acre. The Windward Planning
Commission forwards its favorable recommendation for a
change of zone to allow establishment of a commercial
food processing facility within an existing warehouse
across from the Woodland Center Shopping Center on the
east side of Kahakai Boulevard in Pahoa. The applicant is
Jerry Souza.
AMENDMENTS: Comm. No. Introducer Approved/Disapproved

RECOMMENDATION: Passage of Bill No. 212 on first reading.
