SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 325-14, Draft 2; Transferring Contingency Relief
Funds (District 4) to the Department of Public Works to Repair Certain Unpaved
Roads in Puna
Attached please find Resolution No. 325-14, Draft 2. Resolution No. 325-14 was amended by
verbal amendment to correct a typographical error and then adopted in Council on March 19,
2014.
The amendment corrected the figure "20” by replacing with "200" as appearing in the fifth and
final WHEREAS clause.
