Page 4 FC-30 March 31, 2014 Bill 218: AMENDS ORDINANCE NO. 13-65, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2014 Increases revenues in the Charges for Services - Elderly Recreation Services (ERS) Section Activities account ($22,600); and appropriates same to the ERS Section Activities account bringing the total appropriation to $90,000. The appropriation increase is necessitated by the unanticipated increase in participation in ERS classes, which are funded by charging participants for services.
