Council on March 19, 2014, by vote as listed below:
Bill 216: Amends Ordinance No. 13-65, as Amended, the Operating Budget for the County of
Hawai`i for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2014. Increases revenues from the Transfer from
General Fund account ($5,000); and appropriates same to the Puna Road Other Current
Expenses, Highway Materials account. AYES: Council Members Ford, Ilagan, Kanuha, Kern,
Onishi, Poindexter, Wille, and Acting Chair Eoff— 8; NOES: None; ABSENT: Council
Member Yoshimoto — 1; EXCUSED: None.
