TITLE: Nomination of Susan L. Osborne to the Environmental
Management Commission
EXPLANATION: From Mayor Billy Kenoi, submitting for the Council's
review and confirmation, Ms. Osborne's nomination. If
confirmed, she will serve a vacant term that expires on
December 31, 2015, at which time she will then be eligible
to be reappointed to a full term to end on December 31,
2020.
Your committee agreed that Ms. Osborne is not required to
attend final confirmation at the full Council meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Confirmation of the appointment of Susan L. Osborne to
the Environmental Management Commission.
