TITLE: Nomination of Jeffrey C. Fear to the Environmental
Management Commission
EXPLANATION: From Mayor Billy Kenoi, submitting for the Council's
review and confirmation, Mr. Fear's nomination. If
confirmed, he will serve a vacant term that expires on
December 31, 2017.
Your committee agreed that Mr. Fear is not required to
attend final confirmation at the full Council meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Confirmation of the appointment of Jeffrey C. Fear to the
Environmental Management Commission.
