RESOLUTION NO. 367 14
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR STAFF CERTIFICATION FOR THE COUNTY'S
POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is in need of funding to assist in
obtaining staff certification for the County's Positive Coaching Alliance ("PCA")program; and
WHEREAS,this funding will enable the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide more
PCA workshops for the community; and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the
Department of Parks and Recreation to assist in the funding of staff certification; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this resolution
to the Director of Parks and Recreation and Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is
hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
