Multiple-Family Residential—2,500 Square Feet(RM-2.5)to Multiple-Family
Residential— 1,500 Square Feet(RM-1.5) at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i,
Covered by Tax Map Key: 2-4-028:009.
Please find Bill No. 214, Draft 2, attached. Bill No. 214 was amended by the contents of
Communication No. 718.4, as duly approved by the Council during its April 1, 2014, meeting.
Please place Bill No. 214, Draft 2, on the April 16, 2014, Council agenda for second and final
reading.
