RESOLUTION NO. 372 /4
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AN ELECTRIC PAPER CUTTER
FOR THE SUPPORT SERVICES DIVISION.
WHEREAS,the existing electric paper cutter was purchased in 1986 for$2,499 and has
been breaking down quite frequently; and
WHEREAS, the Support Services Division has requested a new electric cutter, which
would make them more efficient and includes more safety features; and
WHEREAS, the anticipated cost for a new electric paper cutter is approximately$5,000;
and
WHEREAS,the funds will come from account number 010.101.5101.02.109 (Clerk-
Council SVC OCE, Equipment Repairs), which is available due to the lower than anticipated.
expenses; now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Finance and that the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to
make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
