SUBJECT: 4th ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT
Ordinance No. 95 -1
Change of Zone from A -5a to A -la
Keekee, South Kona, Hawaii
TMK:(3)8 -1 -03:34 and por. 50
In accordance with Section 2, Condition N of Ordinance No. 95 -1, we respectfully submit our
fourth Annual Progress Report for the subject A -la subdivision project as follows:
1. Condition B - We submitted the second revised Preliminary Subdivision Plat Map to the
Planning Department on September 3, 1998 for review and approval.
2. Conditions H &I - In an effort to provide a better access to the proposed subdivision site from
Mamalahoa Highway and a better subdivision layout, we began discussions and negotiations to
purchase adjacent TMK:(3)8 -1 -03:32 in September, 1997. We finally completed the acquisition
of that adjacent parcel on August 7, 1998. We then prepared and submitted the second revised
Preliminary Subdivision Plat Map, as indicated in paragraph 1 above.
3. Condition K - We received approval of our solid waste management plan for the subject
subdivision from the Department of Public Works on December 21, 1998.
