If the personal property is not claimed within 30 days, it is subject to sale at public auction or other method deemed appropriate. Any proceeds from the sale remaining after payment of storage fees and other associated costs shall be deposited into the General Fund. If audio stream between Kona and Hilo is lost for more than a short period of time, the meeting will be terminated.
