M�vw� <br /> ale;g; <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> �Tj Os•M'.1 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 382 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE A GRANT TO `O KA`U KAKOU FOR <br /> FOR THE PUNALU`U ANNUAL FISHING TOURNAMENT. <br /> WHEREAS, `O Ka`u Kakou is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization supporting community <br /> activities in the district of Ka`u; and <br /> WHEREAS, `O Ka`u Kakou plans and promotes the Punalu`u Annual Fishing <br /> Tournament; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-139(a)(2) of the Hawaii County Code, Contingency <br /> Relief funds shall be transferred to an accepting County department/agency via resolution <br /> identifying the nonprofit organization and the specific program, project, or event for which the <br /> grant shall be used; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to `O Ka`u Kakou for the Punalu`u <br /> Annual Fishing Tournament; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT <br /> OF APPROPRIATION: $7,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5105.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $7,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $7,000 <br /> P & R Admin OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
