COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 38S 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PROVIDE A GRANT TO `O KA`U KAKOU FOR <br /> THE COFFEE TRAIL RUN AND FUN DAY. <br /> WHEREAS, `O Ka`u Kakou is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports <br /> community activities in the district of Ka`u; and <br /> WHEREAS, `O Ka`u Kakou promotes the Coffee Trail Run and Fun Day in Na`dlehu; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-139(a)(2) of the Hawaii County Code, Contingency <br /> Relief funds shall be transferred to an accepting County department/agency via resolution <br /> identifying the nonprofit organization and the specific program, project, or event for which the <br /> grant shall be used; and <br /> WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to <br /> the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to `O Ka`u Kakou for the Coffee Trail <br /> Run and Fun Day and associated activities; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br /> following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $15,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $15,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5503.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $15,000 <br /> P&R Adm OCE <br /> 115 Misc.
