SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 233; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 2,
Article 13, Section 2-75 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as
Amended); Relating to Use of the Revolving Fund
Bill No. 233 does not include the enacting clause required pursuant to Section 3-8 of the Hawaii
County Charter.
Please see below a proposed amendment to add the enacting clause, illustrated by Ramseyer format
with respect to the contents of Bill No. 233 (material to be added is underscored).
Bill No. 233 is amended by adding the enacting clause,to be located between its title and
Section 1,to read as follows:
"BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:"
As the amendment is a housekeeping matter and is limited in text, a draft copy of Bill No.
233, Draft 2, has been omitted.
