Okahara & Associates, Inc. strongly supports passing the Hawaii County Zoning Code (Draft 8).
We are asking the Council to immediately approve the existing Zoning Code that is critical to the
economic health and stability of our island.
lithe Council would like to make changes to the Inning Code, the appropriate process is always
available to you in the future, but don't penalize the general public with uncertainty and costly
delays when we (the public) have been following the rules.
