AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13 -66, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2013 TO JUNE 30, 2014.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 13 -66, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014,
is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriations:
PARKS AND RECREATION
Discretionary Projects — Council District 1
(110.588.5589.04) [$40,000] $ 100,000
Discretionary Projects — Council District 5
(110.588.5589.05) [$71,000] $ 100,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Fund and /or other Sources (Contingency Relief) $ 89,000
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
