roads in the Orchidland Estates Subdivision to Schedule 4 (25 mile per hour limit), both in

$3,800,000 to the capital budget. Funds for this project shall be provided from General
Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund—Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($3,800,000).
