Re: Comm. No. 779/Bill No. 227
Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 227, reports as follows:
Bill No. 227, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 360-14, by Finance Director Nancy Crawford via
Communication No. 779, dated March 28, 2014, amends Ordinance No. 13-65, as amended, the Operating
Budget for the County of Hawaii for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2014. The amendment is as follows:

The County anticipates a 2014 CDBG allocation of $2,677,897 and the County also received an additional
$99,811.53 of program income from the Residential Emergency Repair Program and anticipates receiving an
additional $75,000 of program income within the 2014 program year, for a total of $2,852,708.53 of CDBG
funds. The County shall utilize these funds in accordance with program rules and regulations and comply
with the program certifications as provided in the Action Plan.
There was no discussion on this measure.

passage on first reading.
