The Environmental Management Commission's (EMC) meeting scheduled for March 25, 2014 has been cancelled due to lack of quorum and the EMC will not reconvene until after the 45-day review deadline of April 10, 2014 so we will not have the opportunity to comment on this bill. cc: Mayor William P.
