Re: Resolution Authorizing the Exchange of Road Reserve A, Tax Map Key No. (3) 9-6-008-061
Enclosed is a resolution resolving issues of encroachments by the County onto private lands and the
encroachment of a private entity onto County lands. To resolve these encroachments, multiple
exchanges of lands to and from the County and private entities as well as consolidations and
subdivisions are necessary. The two private entities involved are in agreement and by this resolution
the approval of the County is sought.
