These fund transfers would allow the County to maintain compliance with Sections 10-15 and 10-16 of the County Charter. Funds for the project shall be provided from Private Contributions —Liquor Percentage Fees ($1,803,000). Funds would be used to remove asbestos, mold, and mildew from the Liquor Control Department's office area and to renovate the department's conference room according to Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
