RESOLUTION NO. 413 14
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR EQUIPMENT FOR THE MILOLI`I BEACH
PARK PAVILION.
WHEREAS, the Miloli`i Beach Park pavilion is in need of improvements for public
safety and security; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation shall purchase or provide the
following:
Item Description Est. Cost
Picnic Tables Three wooden tables that are 14-feet in length $1,200
and with attached benches.
Charcoal Barbeque Grill Park-commercial-quality, pedestal-mounted in $350
ground, rotating, and ADA compliant.
Window Security Mechanisms to prevent illegal entry. $1,000
Vinyl Windows Approximately six windows, single-hung, $1,020
Low-e, and with screens that can be removed.
Total $3,570
and
WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to
the Department of Parks and Recreation to purchase or provide the above mentioned equipment;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward a copy of this
resolution to the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Finance, and that the
Director of Finance is authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of
this resolution.
