Kenoi, dated February 28, 2014, transmitting for consideration the proposed Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year (FY) ending June 30, 2015. This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and appropriations of$412,608,475, and is $9,403,477 or 2.3 percent larger than the budget in effect in December 2008. Bill 209: RELATES TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2014, TO JUNE 30, 2015 From Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated February 28, 2014, transmitting the proposed Capital Budget for FY 2014-2015, and the Capital Program for the next six years from FY 2014-15 to 2019-20, which includes 45 projects requiring a total appropriation of$95.88 million. Approximately $82.025 million are intended to be funded in whole or part by bonds, $9.215 million to be funded by the State Revolving Loan Fund, $3.36 million to be funded from Federal Grants Receivable, and $1.28 million to be funded by fair share contributions. The email shall indicate the appropriate Committee or Council meeting, the meeting date, agenda item (communication, bill, resolution, or report number), and number of testifiers on the video submittal. Each video submittal shall be limited to a single agenda item. Video submittals may contain up to three individual testifiers and shall each be up to three minutes in length. Video testimony will not be played during the meeting; however, it will be distributed to Council Members prior to the meeting.
