RE: PROPOSED CHANGES TO AMENDMENT TO BILL NO. 231, BY AMENDING
SECTION 3(B), Draft 2
After reviewing Council Member Ford's recommended proposed changes via
Communication 783.4, dated April 22, 2014 to the Finance Committee, I am proposing
further changes so that the newly proposed step movements are calculated to evenly
divide for payroll purposes.
