SUBJECT: PROPOSED CHANGES TO AMENDMENT TO BILL NO. 231, BY AMENDING
SECTION 3(B)
After reviewing Council Member Ford's recommended proposed changes via
Communication 783.1, dated April 14, 2014 to the Finance Committee, I am proposing
further changes so that the newly proposed step movements are calculated to evenly
divide for payroll purposes.
Please see proposed amendments to Bill No. 231 below in bold print:
1. To further amend the "CA-1 and CA-2" section of the pay grade, and shall read
as follows:
