RE: A Resolution Authorizing the Director of Finance to Enter Into Negotiations for
the Acquisition of Tax Map Key Nos. (3) 7-7-008:021 and 023, White Sands
Mauka in the Ahupua`a of Pahoehoe in the District of North Kona, Pursuant to
Chapter 2, Article 42 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as
Amended)
Please find attached a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to enter into negotiations for
the acquisition of White Sands Mauka in the Ahupua`a of Pahoehoe in North Kona, utilizing
funds from the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund.
Please refer the attached resolution to the appropriate Committee.
