Page 2 PC-25 April 30, 2014 Bill 239: AMENDS THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I GENERAL PLAN, AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 05-25, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW OF THE GENERAL PLAN Allows a comprehensive review of the General Plan to be initiated by the Planning Department no more than 10 years after adoption of the previous comprehensive amendments, rather than to be submitted to the County Council within that timeframe.
