Emergency Repair Program and anticipates receiving an additional $75,000 of
program income within the 2014 program year, for a total of $2,852,708.53 of
CDBG funds. The County shall utilize these funds in accordance with program
rules and regulations and comply with the program certifications as provided in
the attached Action Plan.

SEXUAL ASSAULT FORENSIC EXAMINER (SAFE) PROGRAM
Funds in the amount of $24,946 would be used to contract an agency to oversee,
coordinate, and perform services of the SAFE program, which is an undertaking
by the County to improve its response to violent crimes against women.

well as any additional savings realized from free upgrades of Microsoft 2013 to
future versions during the term of the agreement.
