EXPLANATION: From Mayor William P. Kenoi, submitting for the Council's
review and confirmation Ms. Chang's nomination. If confirmed,
she will serve a full term to expire on December 31, 2018.
RECOMMENDATION

Your Committee agreed that Ms. Chang is not required to appear at
final confirmation before the full Council.
Confirmation of the appointment of Deborah L. Chang to the
Hawaii Cultural Resources Commission.
